Warranty/Refund/Exchange Policy

We offer a 30 day Exchange or Refund Guarantee on our product offerings if that product
is found to be defective or damaged and has been used as intended.
Please call us at 262-245-9150 between 10am and 6pm (CST),
or email us at
info@detailsinthebay.com
within 30 days of purchase date with your reason for wanting a refund or exchange.
We will work with you to determine the best course of action to you to satisfy your request

NOTE: Items returned without prior authorization will be returned to sender.
 


Order Cancellation Policy

Please submit any cancellation via email to cancelorder@detailsinthebay.com
or call on our business phone at 262-245-9150.

Email cancellations must contain the following:
First name, last name, order number, and email address.
This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order.
Please provide contact information so that we may
contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your
order has not been charged and/or shipped out.
In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after,
we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping.
However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped,
we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
 


Shipping and Handling

Shipping charges will be added to each order. Our products are individually weighed and if more than one item is purchased the total combined weight will be used to calculate the charge.

Our checkout includes real-time links to USPS (United States Postal Service).
You will have the option of choosing service type (Parcel Post, Priority Mail, Etc.)

We prefer using USPS.
Charges are typically lower and delivery can be made to either a physical address or Po Box.
The total purchase price will reflect your choice of service type.
If you are not sure...contact us  and we'll answer any questions.
We would rather you were confident of your choice and come back again
than be unhappy and not return.
